Tight Muscles

When our muscles are tight we restrict blood flow around the body, when this happens our tissues start to become dehydrated and the body starts to feel sluggish. This can affect mood, day-to-day life, sleep and can even be a huge factor in getting injured. The tighter the muscles are the more likely you will be to incur sprains and strains.
